Haircut??

Yep, it's time to get a little trim. It's been since march! What a
hippy!

Red or Orange?

... Alan and I have had many debates over red or orange... We decided to call a truce and grab a cup of coffee this morning instead. One thing we can agree on is the fact that rubber is better!

Politics. I can't begin to describe where I stand on all the big issues (i.e. Borders, immigration, war on terror, oil) but one thing is for certain, I am preparing myself to be a well informed voter come November. I am convinced that this next election will be a huge turning point for our country, and that's not to be taken lightly...Catching up on politics and enjoying a fresh cup of coffee in my boots. No better way to spend a day off.

Party!!

Sugarloaf Mountain has a particular culture. I have never quite been anywhere like it. Whether you like it or not, it's a big family. We all work together, play together and hang together and today is the perfect example.

Hanging out with my favorite apres-ski crowd.

Living it up in North Country!

...Taking it all in on my Deck at the Board Room...

Paradise?

I checked the weather forecast New Years Eve morning to find that our area had a chance of snow slated for New Year's night into the 2nd... Needless to say, the stars were aligned in the universe and my prayers were answered, because a chance of snow turned into 2.5 feet. To put icing on the cake, I was invited along with ski patrol and the marketing department to load the lift at 7am--2 hours before lifts open to the public. Marketing was taking shots for next year's marketing campaign, and needed "fresh shots" after the storm...

I gave them some "fresh shots" alright.
I was one of the lucky 6 invited on this endeavor. Most of my friends had a few choice words to bless me with. this morning was one that will remain in my "unforgettable" file for years. Definitely the best way I could think to ring in the New Year...

Day Off...

Its a rainy day here in Maine. I usually hibernate to the Orange Cat
Cafe in my home town on days like today... Sometimes its nice to get
away from the shop and riding for a day... Life's proven to be a good
one to me.
